Do you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment or if you do not show up without canceling, we will charge 100% of the treatment costs for the booked time & nail stylist.
